Summary

On October 20, 2018, at approximately 3:00 a.m., [redacted] was driving alone when he was pulled over by Sergeant Brian Alexander, Police Officer Christian Cayenne, and Police Officer James Holder of the Patrol Borough Brooklyn South Specialized Unit in front of 1423 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn (Allegations A-C: Abuse of Authority-Vehicle Stop, [redacted]). A group of unidentified acquaintances of [redacted] observed the vehicle stop and congregated on the sidewalk nearby. The acquaintances allegedly engaged in a verbal exchange with the officers.
