On August 24, 2018, at approximately 3:02 a.m., Police Officer Kenny Victoria, Sergeant Christopher Crain, Police Officer Daniel Maria, and Police Officer Robert Cabrera, Anti-Crime officers of the 44th Precinct, stopped [redacted] for drinking an open container of Guinness beer outside of [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted] was transported to the stationhouse because he refused to identify himself to the officers.
