Description: On April 8, 2023, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 200 Marcy Place when he was falsely arrested by Defendants Police Officer Kenny Victoria and unnamed John and Jane Doe police officers. At no time did Plaintiff possess illegal contraband nor commit any crime. Plaintiff had multiple assaults and batteries committed to his person by Defendants.
