Summary

On January 1, 2019, at approximately 2am, [redacted] called 911 to report that he had been assaulted with a metal object by a panhandler near the intersection of 110th Street and Broadway in Manhattan. Shortly thereafter, several officers arrived on the scene. Sergeant Roger Furmaniak of the 26th Precinct allegedly approached [redacted] and threatened him with arrest (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority: Unsubstantiated).
