On December 5, 2018, at approximately 12:41 p.m., [redacted] was riding a Citibike bicycle in a protected bicycle lane on [redacted] towards [redacted] in Brooklyn. At the intersection, Police Officer Eric Bravo of the 88th Precinct and a police van partially blocked the bicycle lane. [redacted] said, "Excuse me," and Police Officer Bravo replied, "Go around." [redacted] asked why he could not pass, and Police Officer Bravo repeated, "Go around." [redacted] dismounted his bicycle and attempted to walk past Police Officer Bravo, who then allegedly pushed [redacted] in his shoulder (Allegation A – Force: Physical Force, [redacted]).
