Summary

On January 6, 2019, at approximately 10:30 A.M., [redacted] was at his home at [redacted] in Manhattan, when officers from the 28th Precinct, including PO Terrance Marsh and Lt. Bernarda Almeida, came to his door. The officers attempted to open [redacted]'s door using a key provided by the building's superintendent. Under Lt.
