On December 31, 2018, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Police Officer Angel Lopez of the 47th Precinct, stopped [redacted] vehicle in the vicinity of Byron Avenue and East 236th Street in the Bronx (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Lopez informed [redacted] that he smelled the odor of marijuana, and ordered him to exit. PO Lopez frisked and searched [redacted] and also searched his vehicle (Allegations B, C, and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Lopez placed [redacted] under arrest for having a suspended driver's license.
