At approximately 10:08 p.m. on January 6, 2019, [redacted] called 911 regarding a dispute with his housemate, [redacted]. Officers from the 49th Precinct responded to [redacted] in the Bronx. Upon arriving at the scene, an unidentified officer allegedly told [redacted] to "Shut the fuck up and stand right there" (Allegation A—Discourtesy—Word—[redacted]). Police Officer Adam Tomaszewski of the 49th Precinct told [redacted] to enter in his room, and asked [redacted] "Are you going to go in your room or are we going to EDP you?"
