On September 9, 2018, at approximately 12:56 a.m., [redacted] Is housemate [redacted] in the Bronx, [redacted] called 911 and reported that [redacted] was threatening him. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and officers were dispatched (Board Review 03). Officers arrived at [redacted] 1, and Police Officer Gurmeet Singh of the 49th Precinct spoke with [redacted] Shortly after the officers, EMS arrived and spoke with [redacted] before informing Police Officer Singh that [redacted] needed to be taken to the hospital. Police Officer Singh handcuffed [redacted] and escorted him to a waiting ambulance.
