Case # 800486/2024,
Supreme Court - Bronx, January 10, 2024
Complaint
Description: On March 17, 2023, the plaintiff and her neighbor had a small dispute. Plaintiff's dog lunged at the neighbor which prompted the neighbor to call the police and claim that the plaintiff's dog bit her. Defendant officers Jerrison Lora, John Doe, and Jane Doe responded to the call and arrested the plaintiff. They threw plaintiff into the backseat of the police cruiser and proceeded to drive so recklessly that plaintiff's body collided with a bag of night sticks and multiple parts of the vehicle. She sustained injury to her arms, thighs, breasts, knees, and ribs as a result. Defendants then proceeded to maliciously prosecute plaintiff.
