On January 24, 2019, at approximately 6:45 AM, officers from the Emergency Services Unit (ESU) and the 67th Precinct Field Intelligence team executed a search warrant at [redacted]'s residence, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, where he lives with his roommate [redacted] Police Officer Jose Delgado, of the 67th Precinct, entered the location (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), along with Sergeant David Grieco from the Intelligence Criminal Section, and Sergeant Charles Schwartz and Police Officer's Edwin Duran, Saul Delacruz, Gregory Vasquez, Flagumy Valcourt, and Detective Devin Baker, all from the 67th Precinct.
