On January 31, 2019, at approximately 10:30 a.m., [redacted] was at the 149th Street and 3rd Avenue (2/5 line) subway station in the Bronx. [redacted] encountered PO Andrew Nguyen, PO Ionnis Ladas, PO Giorgi Eristavi, and PO Jose Espinal of Transit District 12. PO Nguyen allegedly told [redacted] "Who the fuck do you think you are?"
