Description: On or around September 7, 2022, Officer Pom Espinal Jose (Tax #963977) and ten John and Jane Doe officers approached Plaintiff Jocelyn Allen outside the turnstile heading to the 2nd Train Station. Despite having no reasonable suspicion, they forcibly searched her, though they did not recover any contraband. The Defendants then tightly handcuffed Allen, injuring her wrists, and placed him under arrest. At the police precinct, Defendants falsely communicated to the DA's office that they had observed Allen commit a crime. Allen learned on November 30, 2022 that the DA had declined to prosecute her.
