On January 30, 2019, at approximately 5:00 p.m., [redacted] went to the 109th Precinct to talk to the police about a prior complaint. Police Officer Loreal Lurch of the 109th Precinct allegedly threatened to remove [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation A, [redacted]) As [redacted] leaving the stationhouse, she allegedly asked PO Lurch for her name, but PO Lurch did not provide it (Allegation B, [redacted]) was.
