On February 7, 2019, at approximately 7:40 a.m., [redacted] and his mother, [redacted] were asleep in [redacted]s home at [redacted] in Brooklyn, when Captain Timothy Skretch from the 90th Precinct led officers to enter and search the apartment pursuant to a search warrant (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Detective James Seery from Emergency Services Unit (ESU) allegedly punched [redacted] and stepped on his ankle (Allegations C-D: Force, [redacted]).
