Description: On August 6, 2014, Plaintiff and his godson were present at a playground in Brooklyn where Plaintiff's godson was to meet his mother. Defendant Officers Armenio and John Doe approached Plaintiff and asked to speak with him. Plaintiff asked what the problem was and Defendant Officers told Plaintiff that they were going to search him and if he didn't have anything they were going to let him go. The Plaintiff did not consent to the search but the Defendants proceeded and the search yielded no illegal contraband.
