On February 15, 2019, at approximately 1:00 p.m., on the corner of [redacted] in Queens, [redacted] called 911 regarding a dispute he was having with his neighbor. Police Officer Dawn Jewels and Police Officer Amos Ryan of the 107th Precinct responded to the location. [redacted] alleged that PO Jewels would not get involved with the dispute and returned to the officer's vehicle.
