On October 17, 2018, Police Officer Vincent Mauro, Police Officer Jorge Flores, Police Officer Gregory Piro, and Police Officer Anthony Perlmutter, all of the 44th Precinct, approached [redacted] s brother, for double-parking his vehicle in front of [redacted] in the Bronx, where both [redacted] and [redacted] live. [redacted] and approximately six unidentified individuals stood in front of the building.
