On February 18, 2019, at approximately 1:12 p.m., inside 408 East 138th Street in the Bronx, PO Eliana Hernandez and PO Karla Arvayo of the 40th Precinct arrested [redacted] for allegedly assaulting unidentified employees of a local convenience store.
