On February 27, 2018, at approximately 11:40 p.m., [redacted] and his fiancée, [redacted] were walking home from a McDonald's restaurant located at 700 Broadway in Brooklyn when Police Officer Mohamed Elhanafi, Police Officer Anthony Bomparola, and Police Officer Patrick Foley-all from the 79th Precinct-stopped [redacted] in the confines of the 90th Precinct (Allegations A, B, and C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Elhanafi frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations D and E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). A switchblade knife was recovered, for which [redacted] was arrested. PO Elhanafi, PO Bomparola, and PO Foley drove [redacted] back to the 79th Precinct stationhouse.
