Description: On September 16, 2020, the plaintiffs were driving to their residence at 231 Clifton Place. Upon arrival, they were approached by the defendants, all dressed in plain clothes, and three unmarked vehicles. The vehicles were used to block-in the plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff Goddard, who was in the front passenger seat, was approached by an officer with his hand on his gun. Plaintiff Goddard asked why they were being detained only to be told, "Don’t ask any questions, listen to him," by Defendant Foley. Defendant Foley then opened Plaintiff Goddard's door and pulled him out of the vehicle. once out Defendant Foley began to put handcuffs on Plaintiff Goddard. Description: On July 13, 2017, plaintiffs were inside an apartment when it was broken into by police officers. P.O.s Patrick Foley, Adjie O. Headed, and other unidentified officers forced their way inside, assaulted and threw plaintiffs to the floor, placed them in handcuffs, and had guns placed to their heads. The officers ransacked the apartment, never having produced a warrant. Plaintiffs were taken to the precinct, and a case involving Administration for Children's Services was initiated against one of the plaintiffs. Ultimately, all charges against plaintiffs were dismissed.

Complaint
Description: On April 25, 2019, the plaintiffs were inside an apartment playing games and two of them were sleeping when the SWAT team drilled the door and used a battering ram to forcibly and illegally enter the apartment without probable cause. The defendants were unidentified police officers including PO Patrick Foley, Joseph Kosek and Luciani who held guns in the faces of all occupants. One of the plaintiffs who was sleeping in the basement was dragged out of bed. Th defendants kept inquiring about guns regarding which the plaintiffs had no clue. On of the plaintiffs was then detained and processed unlawfully.
