On February 26, 2019, at approximately 5:00 p.m., [redacted] witnessed unidentified teenagers throw a brick through the rear windshield of a parked car near 90th Avenue and 178th Street in Queens. He chased after them, called 911, and flagged down Police Officer Edmund Rumman and Police Officer Robert Sheron, both of the 103rd Precinct. They instructed him to meet them back at the crime scene, which he did. PO Rumman and [redacted] argued with, and screamed at, each other.
