On March 6, 2019, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Police Officer James Campiglia, Police Officer David Meytin, Police Officer Kenneth Lechner, and Police Officer Nicole Staiger, all of the 67th Precinct, responded to a radio run regarding a suicidal emotionally disturbed person (EDP) at [redacted] in Brooklyn.
