On March 18, 2019, at approximately 12:50 a.m., [redacted] was inside of his [redacted] at [redacted] in Queens. Sergeant Robert Hyland of the 112th Precinct responded to the location and forcibly removed [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt.
