Summary

On March 22, 2019, at approximately 5:30a.m., officers from Brooklyn North Narcotics arrived at [redacted]'s apartment located at [redacted]. The officers had an arrest warrant for her son, [redacted]. [redacted] allowed the officers, including Detective Mark Gurleski of Brooklyn North Narcotics, into the apartment (Allegation A - Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). [redacted] pointed out [redacted]'s bedroom door and the officers arrested [redacted]. After the arrest, Det. Gurleski, remained in the apartment.
