On March 21, 2019, at approximately 6:43 p.m., [redacted] was inside his apartment, located on [redacted] Avenue in Brooklyn. [redacted]'s mother, [redacted] arrived at the apartment with Police Officers John Pedersen and Nicholas Schiraldi, both of the 67th Precinct. [redacted] opened the unlocked apartment door and entered the apartment. PO Pedersen and PO Schiraldi pointed their Tasers at [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Schiraldi and PO Pedersen entered [redacted]'s apartment, followed by other officers (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
