Summary

On April 2, 2019, at approximately 1:26 p.m., PO Thomas Mauricio and PO Isabelle Delacruz, both from Strategic Response Group 2, stopped the vehicle occupied by [redacted] in front of 455 East 146th Street in the Bronx for tinted windows. The officers approached [redacted]'s vehicle and asked [redacted] multiple times for his driver's license. [redacted] refused to provide his license.
