Description: Plaintiff was being driven in a car by her boyfriend when it was pulled over by Defendant Officers. Officers placed boyfriend under arrest. When Plaintiff attempted to record the incident on her phone, Defendant Officer pushed her back into the car which caused her to lose consciousness, handcuffed her, took her to the hospital, then charged her with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, attempted assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
