On September 18, 2020, at approximately 6:30 p.m., [redacted] participated in a protest that ended near Washington Square Park in Manhattan when NYPD officers used physical force against and spoke discourteously to protesters (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Captain Bekim Kalicovic from Patrol Borough Manhattan South (PBMS) dragged [redacted] by their hair (Allegations C-D: Force, [redacted]). Capt.
