On April 1, 2019, at approximately 11:28 p.m., [redacted] appeared at the 78th Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn and requested to file a criminal complaint regarding sex trafficking. Det. Anicia Joseph, of the 78th Precinct Detective Squad, appeared and told [redacted] that officers could not take her criminal complaint. [redacted] asked Det.
