Summary

On March 19, 2019, at approximately 8:40 a.m., [redacted] and a friend he could only identify as [redacted] sat in [redacted] parked vehicle in the vicinity of [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Daniel Calixte of the 63rd Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding the possible presence of a firearm in [redacted] vehicle, approached it, and spoke with [redacted] (Allegation A -Abuse of Authority: Stop, [redacted]). PO Calixte opened the door to [redacted] vehicle, used a chokehold against him (Allegation B -Force: Chokehold, [redacted]), and pulled him outside the vehicle (Allegation C -Force: Physical force, [redacted]). After removing [redacted] from the vehicle, PO Calixte frisked him (Allegation D -Abuse of Authority: Frisk, [redacted]).
