On February 15, 2019, at approximately 5:26 p.m., at 80 Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn, [redacted] a taxi driver, had an incident with two of his customers. [redacted] saw Lieutenant John Kountouris, Captain Raul Maisonet, and Police Officer Christian Angeron of the 81st Precinct walking by and told them what happened with the customers. Lieutenant Kountouris told [redacted] that other officers were coming to assist him.
