On May 8, 2019, at approximately 9:30 p.m., [redacted] was parked in a bus stop in the vicinity of 453 Mother Gaston Blvd, in Brooklyn. PO Volodymyr Burdeynyy, PO Godwin Ngai, and Sgt. Ricardo Lewis, of PSA 2, stopped [redacted]. PO Burdeynyy informed [redacted] that he smelled marijuana and asked him to step out of the vehicle.
