Description: On May 8, 2019, at approximately 9:30 PM, plaintiff was lawfully parking his vehicle when he noticed an unmarked police vehicle, (Black Chevy Impala), pull up and park behind his car. Police officer Burdeynyy and unidentified police officers John and Jim Doe approached plaintiff's vehicle and asked the plaintiff to step out of the vehicle because the officers had noticed the smell of weed. Plaintiff denied having smoked weed. Plaintiff was then illegally pat down/searched and ordered to stand at the rear of his vehicle.
