Summary

On September 20, 2020, at approximately 4:00 p.m., [redacted] stopped his vehicle in front of a fire hydrant near the corner of Osborn Street and Sutter Avenue in Brooklyn. Police Officer Volodymyr Burdeynyy allegedly twice-told [redacted] "You can't fucking sit on the johnny pump" (Allegation A: Discourtesy – unsubstantiated).
