On June 12, 2019, at approximately 6:00 p.m., [redacted] went to the 17th Precinct stationhouse to report credit card fraud. [redacted] spoke to [redacted] and PO Gregory Rittenhouse, who told [redacted] that he did not have enough evidence to file a report. When [redacted] later called the 17th Precinct stationhouse, PO Rittenhouse allegedly refused to provide his name and shield number (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
