On June 16, 2019, while returning to his home in the vicinity of West 4th Street and Charles Street in Manhattan, [redacted] interacted with an individual and, at approximately 1:43 a.m., placed a call to 911. Numerous officers, including PO Justin Cristiano and PO Stephen Cambria of the 6th Precinct, responded to the location. PO Cristiano allegedly used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation A -Force: Physical force, [redacted]).
