On May 22, 2019, at approximately 8:24 p.m., [redacted] entered the 30th Precinct stationhouse to submit a complaint against officers who allegedly damaged their vehicle in a previous incident. [redacted] was asked to leave the stationhouse because he was being too loud. He refused to leave. Sgt. Robin Taveras and Sgt.
