Summary

On June 23, 2019, at approximately 10:30 a.m., outside of [redacted] in Queens, Police Officer Sean Coffey and Police Officer Michael Mendola, both of the 113th Precinct, responded to [redacted] home twice. PO Coffey allegedly did not obtain medical treatment for [redacted] during the first time that he responded to her location (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) called the police again and a group of officers responded. PO Coffey responded to the scene for a second time; however, [redacted] was unsure if PO Coffey arrived with PO Mendola, or another officer.
