Description: On October 8, 2014, Curtis Jones was in his home when Officer William Clemens and Lieutenant David Golstein accused him of criminal trespassing. Jones provided them with documentation showing that he legally resided in the residence, but the officers arrested and imprisoned him without probable cause. The officers held Jones in custody for 50 hours, despite having the opportunity to find out that they recorded Jones' address incorrectly. On December 5th

Description: On September 2, 2012, at approximately 3:20 p.m., plaintiff was arrested by NYPD officers after objecting to their use of unreasonable force on her husband at 1050 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn. Officers hit plaintiff in the head with a police radio, dragged her, and handcuffed her excessively tight. At the 81st Precinct, officers falsely charged plaintiff with committing various crimes and denied her requests for medical care.
