On June 30, 2019, at approximately 2:58 a.m., in the vicinity of Atlantic and Rochester Avenues in Brooklyn, Lieutenant Michael Raso, Detectives Brandon Ravelo and Robert Altieri of the Strategic Response Group stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] and two unidentified women were occupants (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lt. Raso frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations B and C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det.
