Summary

On July 9, 2019, at approximately 3 p.m., [redacted] received a call from Det. Anthony Manetta, of the 61st Precinct Detective Squad, informing her that if she did not turn herself in, he would send the Warrant Squad to arrest her (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority- Threat of Arrest-[redacted]). Following this phone call, [redacted] went to the 61st Precinct to turn herself in and was arrested for violating an order of protection (Board Review 01). [redacted] asked Det.
