Description: On March 25, 2015, Detective Anthony Manetta, along with ten unnamed officers, searched, assaulted, battered, and arrested the Plaintiff without a warrant, consent, or legal cause. The Defendants entered the apartment with firearms drawn and pointed them at the Plaintiff. The Defendants were looking for the tenant, who was sleeping in the bedroom, whereas the Plaintiff, an overnight guest, was sleeping in the living room. Additionally, no weapons, contraband, or controlled substances were present in the room where the Plaintiff was sleeping.
