Summary

On July 14, 2019, at approximately 3:40 p.m., [redacted] got into an argument with her -year-old son [redacted] inside [redacted] in the Bronx and decided to call 911. PO David Ramirez and PO Jordan Moses, from the 48th Precinct, responded to the location. PO Ramirez threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation A- Abuse of Authority:[redacted]).
