Description: On March 23, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully driving at the intersection of Southern Boulevard, Bronx, when he noticed a police car signaling him to pull over. Plaintiff pulled over and defendant police officers approached him, claiming falsely that a light on plaintiff's vehicle was not functioning properly.
