Summary

At approximately 12:37 p.m. on July 23, 2019, two officers, Police Officer Connie Duncan and Sergeant Bryan Cullen from the 113th Precinct, stopped [redacted] s vehicle on 154th Street and 134th Avenue in Queens (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Vehicle Stop, [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority – Vehicle Stop, [redacted] ). Police Officer Duncan frisked and searched [redacted] during the vehicle stop (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority – Frisk, [redacted] ) (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority – Search of Person, [redacted]).
