Description: On April 16, 2013, Plaintiff was arrested based on a felony complaint. Plaintiff was wrongly accused of handing a bag to another person with a gun inside. He testified the same to a grand jury and was released after four days in custody with all charges dropped.
On May 21, 2013, Plaintiff was wrongly picked up from a housing area and taken to precinct on charges of trespassing. The Officers said the plaintiff "is the guy that beat the gun case." The officers fabricated the policy paperwork, complaint and supporting deposition out of malice and in realization for the first incident. The district attorney dismissed all charges.
