Summary

On June 8, 2019, at approximately 10:42 PM, Police Officer Daniel Traylor, Police Officer Duke Tortorici, Police Officer Lauren Antola, Police Officer Briana Juliano, Police Officer Robert Renz, Police Officer Matthew Sichel, Police Officer Fausto Gomez, and additional witness officers, all of the 25th Precinct, responded to a shot fired radio run at [redacted] in Manhattan. PO Traylor stopped [redacted] in Manhattan and pointed his gun at him (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority [redacted] (Allegation B – Force [redacted].
