On September 11, 2019, at approximately 2:37 p.m., Det. Michael Greaney of Detective Borough Queens South responded to 911 calls reporting an assault occurring in the vicinity of Parsons Boulevard and Kissena Boulevard in Queens. Det. Greaney traveled to [redacted] where he encountered [redacted] and [redacted] Det.
