On September 18, 2019, at approximately 8:00 p.m., in the vicinity of 254 Kingston Avenue in Brooklyn, [redacted] was stopped by Sgt. Kevin McCarthy and PO Christian Lopez of the 77th Precinct (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority – Stop, [redacted]). PO Malcolm Brissettortiz, PO Matthew Fagan, PO Taylor Marino, PO Ariel Vargas, and Lieutenant Eric Delman of the 77th Precinct arrived immediately after and witnessed the interaction. Under Sgt. McCarthy's supervision, PO Lopez frisked [redacted] (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority – Frisk, [redacted]).
